Return/Refund & Replacement Policy

At HungerCrafts, we strive to provide high-quality food products and an excellent shopping experience. Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order has not been shipped, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled, as our products are food items that require proper handling and storage.
2. Cancellation by HungerCrafts
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Pricing or technical errors

Suspected fraudulent activity

Payment verification failure

Delivery location not serviceable

Regulatory or legal restrictions

Force majeure events
If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product was received in a damaged or tampered condition.

The product has expired before delivery.

The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.

The order is cancelled before dispatch.

The order is cancelled by HungerCrafts.
Refund requests may require photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.

Refusal to accept delivery.

Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

Personal taste or preference.

Products opened, consumed, or partially used (unless due to a verified quality issue).

5. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
6. Reporting Time
To be eligible for a refund related to damaged, incorrect, or defective products, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Replacement Policy
At HungerCrafts, we are committed to delivering fresh, safe, and high-quality food products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a replacement or return only if:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product package is tampered with or leaking.

The product is expired upon delivery.

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

An item is missing from your order.
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products opened after delivery.

Products that have been consumed or partially consumed.

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Returns based on personal taste or preference.

Requests made after the reporting period.

Products without original packaging (where verification is required).
3. Replacement Process
If your request is approved, HungerCrafts may, at its discretion:

Replace the product with the same item, subject to availability.

Replace it with an equivalent product of equal value.

Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
4. Proof Required
To help us investigate your request, please provide:

The batch number

The expiry or best-before date

The damaged or defective area (if applicable)

Additional information or a short video may be requested for verification.
5. Return Shipping
In most approved cases, customers will not be required to return the damaged or defective food product.
Where a return is necessary, HungerCrafts will provide instructions, and if the issue is verified, any applicable return shipping costs will be borne by HungerCrafts.
Do not send products back without prior authorization from our customer support team.
6. Quality Assurance
All HungerCrafts products undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you experience any quality concerns, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can investigate and improve our processes.
7. Limitation
HungerCrafts reserves the right to decline requests where:

The claim is found to be fraudulent.

Evidence is insufficient.

The product has been mishandled after delivery.

The request falls outside this policy.
Our decision will be based on the information provided and the results of our review.
