  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Coverage

HungerCrafts currently ships across most locations in India.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code through our logistics partners.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are not serviceable.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, and applicable promotional offers. The exact shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders with a minimum order value of ₹499 or above.

  • Orders below ₹499 may incur shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Alternatively, if you prefer a higher threshold:

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders with a minimum order value of ₹999 or above.

  • Orders below ₹999 may incur shipping charges, which will be be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Additional Information

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, may be subject to an additional convenience fee, which will be shown during checkout.

  • HungerCrafts may introduce or modify free shipping offers, promotional shipping discounts, or delivery charges at its sole discretion. Any such changes will apply to future orders and will be reflected on the website.

 


5. Courier Partners

Orders may be delivered through trusted logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post

  • Other authorized logistics partners

The courier partner will be selected based on service availability and destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation

  • Shipping Confirmation

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Details

Tracking information may be shared via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp (where available)


7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Courier network delays

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Complete Address

  • PIN Code

  • Mobile Number

  • Landmark (if applicable)

HungerCrafts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Leaking

  • Tampered with

please:

  1. Do not accept the package if the damage is significant.

  2. Take clear photographs of the package.

  3. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

Failure to report issues within this period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.


11. Food Safety

To ensure product quality and safety:

  • Store products according to the instructions on the packaging.

  • Consume products before the stated Best Before or Expiry Date.

  • Do not consume products if the packaging seal is broken or compromised.


12. Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Verify the package condition.

  • Confirm the correct products have been received.

  • Report any shortages, incorrect items, or visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.


13. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Any approved cancellation after dispatch will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


14. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments in cases such as:

  • Restricted service areas

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Force majeure events
