1. What is HungerCrafts?
HungerCrafts is an Indian food brand offering premium-quality snacks and healthy food products, including makhana, chips, dehydrated fruits, dry fruits, and other delicious packaged foods.
2. Where are your products made?
Our products are sourced and/or manufactured under hygienic conditions and packed in compliance with applicable food safety regulations in India.
3. Are your products FSSAI compliant?
Yes. HungerCrafts is committed to complying with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations. Our products are manufactured, packed, and labelled in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.
4. Are your products vegetarian?
Products that are vegetarian will carry the standard green vegetarian symbol on the packaging. Please refer to the product label for complete ingredient information.
Orders
5. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your preferred items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
6. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible.
8. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) after your payment is successfully processed.

10. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. HungerCrafts does not store your complete card details or banking credentials.

11. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most serviceable locations across India through our logistics partners.
12. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 Business Days
Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 4–8 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
13. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on prepaid orders of ₹499 or above.
For orders below ₹499, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
14. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
15. Can I return food products?
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed food products cannot be returned.
Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
Damaged products
Incorrect products
Expired products
Tampered packages
Manufacturing defects
16. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

17. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

18. How should I store HungerCrafts products?
Store products in a cool, clean, and dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Follow the storage instructions provided on the packaging.
19. Why do some products look slightly different from the website images?
As many of our products are made from natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, size, texture, or appearance may occur between batches. Product packaging may also be updated from time to time.
20. What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life varies by product. Please refer to the Best Before or Expiry Date printed on the packaging.
21. Do your products contain allergens?
Some products may contain, or be processed in facilities that handle, common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, or sesame.
Please read the ingredient list and allergen information on the packaging carefully before consumption.
